Inauguration
On 10th October 2019, the Apollo Explorer Scout Unit was officially opened. After a presentation by Tim Reddish, Paralympic Blind Swimmer Team GB. Deputy Lord Lieutenant for Nottinghamshire, in which he spoke inspiringly to the young people about planning for their futures, his own personal accomplishments and showing his Olympic Torch collection, he wished them well on their life journeys.
